Directory Use Terms 

  • Access to the directory is solely for informational purposes to support the growth and sustainability of the Northeast’s farms and food producers. Misuse, such as data scraping or solicitation, is prohibited. 

Provider Information and Data Accuracy 

  • Information in the directory is submitted directly by service providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, users are encouraged to verify provider details independently before engaging in services. 
  • Directory listings are reviewed bi-annually; ongoing accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to the evolving nature of services offered by participating organizations. 

Content Submission Guidelines for Providers 

  • Participating technical assistance providers are expected to submit relevant, accurate, and professional content that reflects their genuine service offerings. Inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information is subject to removal. 
  • Content that includes false information and discriminatory statements will not be accepted and may result in provider removal. 
  • Technical assistance providers will be asked to review and update their information annually to ensure accuracy and relevance. 

Liability 

  • The NERFBC shall not be held liable for any damages arising from use of the directory or services acquired from participating providers.
