Main Street Skowhegan’s mission is to celebrate Skowhegan’s rich heritage while achieving our brightest future as a thriving economic, cultural, and recreational community where residents enjoy a high quality of life. We accomplish this mission through various programs such as Skowhegan Outdoors and our Skowhegan Center for Entrepreneurship. We serve the town of Skowhegan and the Central Maine region with outdoor programming and a gear library. We also offer business support services for ideation and early stage businesses, co-working/meeting space, and we are moving forward in the development of a shared-use incubator kitchen to further support regional food entrepreneurs and strengthen our food/agricultural economy.
