The Harvest NY Farm to Institution Program provides comprehensive support to food system stakeholders, including schools and other institutions, farmers, distributors, manufacturers, processors, and food hubs. The primary goal of the program is to increase the volume and variety of local farm products purchased by institutions in New York State.
